Referral Program termsWho counts as a referral?
A new WaliChat customer who registers through your link within 60 days, in the same browser, and makes their first payment within 60 days of signup. Existing customers, your own accounts and signups through white-label partners do not qualify. Previously used WhatsApp numbers may also be excluded under the program terms.
Which payments earn commission?
The eligible plan amount on the first paid subscription earns 25% for its first 12 consecutive months. Extra agents, add-ons and prorated adjustments are excluded. Each month follows that invoice’s plan amount and is truncated to whole currency units. Refunded or unpaid invoices earn nothing.
What if the customer pays annually?
The first annual plan invoice is spread across the months it covers in the first year. Each month earns 25% of one twelfth of the eligible annual amount. Months after cancellation and annual renewals earn no commission.
When can I withdraw my balance?
Each commission becomes available one calendar month after its invoice date. Request PayPal payouts from €50, paid in euros, or account credit from $5 / €5 in your billing currency. Each withdrawal uses one method and covers your whole available balance. PayPal availability depends on your country.
What happens to earlier referrals?
Referrals enrolled under the previous program keep their original terms: 30% for 3 months. New referrals follow the current 25% for 12 months program. Your referral link stays the same.
